Russell Bell

Russell Bell and his family have been involved at Victoria Alliance Church for almost 15 years. In the past he has represented the church as a Board member and the Board Chair, and he is honored to be serving us in this way once more. He has also faithfully served as part of our Children’s ministry, Bylaws Committee, and the On This Site Project Committee.

Russ has worked for the Government of BC since 2009. In his present role he is part of the Ministry of Citizen Services and brings contact centre services to our provincial citizens. His focus is to understand the public’s needs and deliver services that meet and exceed their expectations.

In his spare time, he partners with his wife Dana in supporting their two daughters (12 and 17) in their multiple activities including music and dance. Russ is an avid cyclist and enjoys riding on the weekends.
