Raíssa Queiroz

Raíssa was born in Natal, Brazil, but moved to Victoria early in 2019 with her husband, Hudson, and their then 3-year-old daughter Amélie. Their new additions, Milo and Antonio, were born here.

Raíssa worked as a teacher for over 11 years in Brazil, holding a MA in English Literature. She's currently working part-time at a baby boutique while still carrying her stay-at-home parent duties. She enjoys spending time with her family, going for long walks and watching life happen around her.

While a member of VAC we have enjoyed having Raissa serving regularly in our children's ministry as a Graceland storyteller, and as a reader in our worship services. She, along with her family, enjoys regularly connecting with others in the Friday night young families group.

Psalm 139.14 always speaks very tenderly to her heart.
