Would it surprise you to discover that we are coordinating over 80 volunteers as we run our weekend services?  That is just for Sunday worship! What an amazing team of servant-hearted folks we have at Victoria Alliance. That is a lot of schedules to manage! 

Recently our volunteer Director of Worship brought to our attention that there are systems to help with this challenge.  So we are moving forward, believing that the end will be worth the process of learning to do new things. We are currently transitioning to Planning Center, and you may have already received some emails regarding this. Planning Center is a new way to schedule.  It is a new way to communicate.  It is a new way to invite many more people on board with the mission of making Jesus known - and for that we are excited to see the results! 

So, please be patient with us.  We are learning.  And it is a STEEP learning curve.  We are learning, and we realize you are too.  Thank you in advance for your patience.  Errors will be made.  But we are made to offer grace, right? Our hope is that we can all keep communicating and that in the end we will spend less time organizing ministry, and more actual time engaged in ministry.  Pray for us as we transition.
