A final mental health resource from Sanctuary Mental Health for the end of Mental Health Awareness Month:
The Pray As You Go app offers daily prayer sessions designed to go with you wherever you go and to help you pray whenever you want to. Lasting between ten and thirteen minutes, the meditations combine music, scripture, and some questions for reflection.
For UK Mental Health Week, Pray As You Go shared a special series of free prayer exercises about mental health created in collaboration with Sanctuary.
